Silver Patron Tequila

Mint

Sugar

Powdered Sugar

Club Soda

Limes

Ice

Rock Glass

Method:

Rub the rim of a rocks glass with lime. Dip the rim of the glass into a mixture of regular sugar and powdered sugar and set aside. A delicious candy like crust will form on the glass.

Pour 1 and a half shots of tequila into a bowl. Add 3 stems and leaves of fresh mint, then mash them. Pour the muddled mess into the rock glass. Add 1 and a half shots of lime juice. Then add 1 shot of Club soda. Include sugar to taste. Mix with spoon and then add ice. Top with a few more mint leaves.
